OSI AGENT MITCHUM: Um, how were you affiliated with the deceased [REDACTED]?

[REDACTED]: Deceased? What do you mean deceased? She’s not deceased——The agents before said she was missing-in-action, why are you saying she’s dead?

OSI AGENT MITCHUM: I’m sorry, uh, I misspoke, (inaudible) how did you know [REDACTED]?

[REDACTED]: She was——is——my sister.

OSI AGENT MITCHUM: Right, yes. When was the last time you were in contact with [REDACTED]?

[REDACTED]: September 7th, on the phone, the day before she left to——She said was going TDY. Uh, but she didn’t tell me when she’d be back. And I thought that was weird.

OSI AGENT MITCHUM: Was she acting out of the ordinary? Did she sound different at that time?

[REDACTED]:Yes. No.

Unidentified Interviewer: Did she or did she not, Mr. [REDACTED]?

[REDACTED]: I guess she did. Sound different.

OSI AGENT MITCHUM: And, uh, how was she different?

[REDACTED]: I don’t know, um, she just was.
